Responsibilities: Asset Management Consultant will lead the organization in creating and executing a vision for the delivery of information and analytics platforms and solutions for our future and current customers. This position will be responsible for helping transform Ingram ITAD into a data-driven organization that utilizes the information from its various customer and system touch points to provide analytics back to our customers through custom dashboards that will allow for them to understand their total cost to own their hardware assets and when they should be refreshed. Scope of oversight includes but is not limited to: Customer Dashboards, Analytics, customer on boarding, customer support, defining customer requirements, defining requirements for each version of our applications. This position leads the operations and analytics management teams that ensure effective cross-functional execution of product line deliveries. This position is responsible for the elaboration of product development execution plans & timelines, identifying and mitigating risk factors, ensuring adequate resourcing, enabling cross-functional communication, elaborating/monitoring plan schedules & milestones, and delivery excellence in Go To Market processes. In short, this role oversees and drives operational and analytical excellence across the division. Success is measured through our customer integrations, reoccurring revenue and data analytics that is supplied to our customers and internal stakeholders. The position plays a significant role in designing solutions which are global, integrated, scalable, and flexible and follows industry best practices to improve in-house capabilities. will possess complete implementation life cycle (SDLC) experience from business requirements definition, design, build, test, train, and deployment to end user support.
Requirements: Education: A Bachelor's degree in computer Science, Engineering, or related science and math discipline with an IS emphasis. PMP certification is an added plus. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management, Business Analyst or related Business Strategy role. Excellent knowledge of data best practices and software tools. Experience with data analysis and data mining as necessary to identify root cause issues, develop action plans, measure impact of actions taken and adjust as necessary to ultimately solve the problem. Experience driving tangible measurements ofcontinuous improvement in the areas of customer effort, and process improvements Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technology, and complex workflows. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Asset management and systems background. Experience working with Program Management offices to establish and maintain portfolio metrics. Required Skills: Asset Management, analytics, system analysts, customer integrations, customer service. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Detailed oriented, able to work effectively under deadlines in changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently. Effectively partners with others business and IS to rollout the product on time and with the customer requirements.
