ASIC Design Engineer – New College Grad:

What you'll be doing:


  • You will design and implement graphics processors, integrated chipsets and other ASICs.
  • You will contribute to the development of products for the desktop laptop, workstation, set-top box and home networking markets.
  • You'll develop design flows and tools.
  • You will participate in hardware engineering activities including chip floor plan, power/clock distribution, chip assembly, timing closure, power and noise analysis, and back-end verification.

What we need to see:


  • You are pursuing and will be completing BS or MS in EE/CS or related
  • Minimum GPA: 3.5
  • You have an impeccable hardware engineering background with a concentration in VLSI and/or Computer Architecture.
  • You have exposure to Digital systems and VLSI design, Computer Architecture, Computer Arithmetic, C/C++ programming languages, CMOS transistors and circuits is required.
  • Strengths in Verilog/VHDL and C or Perl are a big plus.

Verification Engineer – New College Grad:

What you'll be doing:


  • You will develop directed or random diagnostics to validate the processor Instruction Set Architecture (ISA), reference models, C simulation models, RTL models, HW emulators and real hardware.
  • Writing and reviewing validation test plans.
  • Debug of diagnostics on various platforms
  • You will work within a diverse team of engineers

What we need to see:


  • You are pursuing and will be completing BS or MS in EE/CS or related
  • Minimum GPA: 3.5
  • You have Internship or Lab Experience with GPU or Processor verification / validation and software programming.
  • You have strong programming experience in C/C++ and assembly

Ways you can stand out:


  • You're passionate about low level software
  • You have experience with HW/SW interactions
  • You're experienced with directed and Random functional testing including writing test plans and directed or random diagnostics
  • You have experience developing software infrastructure for validation of architecture
