Our client is a venture-backed FinTech company that uses Artificial Intelligence and crowdsourcing to automate financial review processes. They transform e-statements, scans, and cell phone images, regardless of quality, into 99+% accurate digital data. They focus on replacing tedious, imperfect human audits with sharp, AI-driven analyses.

Working out of the Financial District in Manhattan and due to growth, our client is seeking 3 sales leaders with a proven track record selling technology or software solutions into

  • Accounts Payable
  • Mortgage and Lending
  • Government

The ideal candidates will have significant experience selling SaaS or data products and a deep understanding of one of the above verticals

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle selling invoice extraction & data validation services
  • Developing partnership channels
  • Negotiating agreements with clients
  • Working closely with customer success, product, and engineering to develop new product features and ensure pilots run smoothly
  • Meticulously tracking correspondences and progress with each client
  • Working with marketing team to identify targets for account-based marketing
  • As the company presence in the industry grows, training and supervising one or more junior salespeople to support our overall effort in the industry

Requirements:

  • At least five years' experience selling SaaS or data product solutions and at least 8 years total experience in client facing roles.
  • Experience working at or with startups
  • Technical background or experience selling technical products
  • Able to act as a player-coach, mentor, or supervisor to more junior sales reps
  • Excellent communication skills, both writing and speaking; proficiency with analytics and creating persuasive client presentations
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills; able to work across departments and act as a leader in the organization Self-motivated and disciplined; a "can-do" attitude; excited to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
