What you get to do every day:

  • Serve as the main creative point of contact for the company by maintaining regular communication of all creative deliverables
  • Own the creative initiatives originating from Sales, Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Recruiting and otherinternal stakeholders
  • Conceptualize and share new ideas that help propel our brand forward - owning the process to develop branded content through to final execution
  • Work closely with teams across the company to fully materialize your vision
  • Receive, assign and track the progress of tasks for all other staff
  • Evaluate all design requests against available work hours and other resources
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of each design deliverable before it is finalized and delivered to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure that deliverables are completed to established requirements and standards
  • Establish and maintain our branding standards including logo production, illustrations and iconography

What you bring to the role:

  • BA / MFA and a MINIMUM of 7+ years of professional art direction and design experience - agency or client side
  • A strong portfolio of your work which includes print design, email marketing design and web design - applications without portfolio will not be considered
  • Relevant digital and print experience including - presentations, illustrations, case studies, print brochures
  • As a hands-on Leader you possess stellar creative design, typography, and layout skills
  • Advanced experience in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or Sketch
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deal with tight deadlines sometimes overseeing conflicting projects tasks at any time
  • Able to rapidly iterate, quick turnaround time of only a few hours, or longer-term production efforts over the course of many months
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves, learn new things, and our brand to the next level 
  • Decisive but flexible, and able to perform and adapt quickly in a dynamic, rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to, and in some cases lead training, recruiting, performance management and knowledge management efforts
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and a strong sense of diplomacy in all interactions
  • Some exposure to Marketing tools such as Autopilot, Marketo or Intercom would be a plus
  • Bonus for Animation, Video creation, Editing, or Photographyexperience
  • HTML, CSS, Squarespace and GSuite are nice to haves.
