Reprise, a global digital agency, wants to add an Art Director to our Creative department in New York City. The right candidate will bring the ability to flex across a variety of digital content production and design needs. We need someone who understands how to engage audiences across digital site content, social media messaging. We need someone who can take challenges on with passion and positivity who can tell the difference between a tactic and a platform. You know how to defend your point of view and when to take direction. We need someone who can create a compelling vision for a campaign, and then execute the creative idea(s) across multiple touch points and partners. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and working on multiple executions concurrently.
The Art Director will lead Designers and Motion Designers and work with copy, production, analytics and account. The wider team spread across multiple locations and time zones. We need someone adept at collaborating within a distributed work environment. The right candidate will work directly with the client to understand requirements and brand needs to create compelling designs utilizing current brand style guides and web design best practices.
