Core Responsibilities: Meet or exceed store goals, analyze sales reports to determine business needs, effectively communicate business results, seek new ways to increase store traffic. Coordinate with advertising to support maximum sales. Posses in-depth knowledge of the merchandise and consistent awareness of the competition. Monitor inventory processes and storage. Control store expenses and budgets. Recruit, train and develop staff.
Requirements: 5+ years of management experience in a high end related field, sales background, proficient in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills and work ethic. Excellent time management skills.
College degree or equivalent
