JOB SUMMARY
The Denver Basin Area Sales Manager for the Wellstream Processing group within Process and Flow Technologies is responsible for promoting and selling oil and gas processing solutions, such as oil treatment, separators, heater treaters, gas dehydration, gas conditioning, produced water treatment, and sand handling in the assigned territory of Denver Basin. A working technical understanding of these systems is preferred, but not required. Area Sales manager will report directly to the VP of Americas and be part of the Wellstream Processing US sales team.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Achieving budgeted sales of the Wellstream Processing portfolio within the assigned sales territory
· Establishing and expanding customer base by making direct sales calls (phone or physical) and following up regularly
· Tracking and reporting all project and target customer activity, sales opportunities and competitors’ activity within the assigned territory and products lines
· Developing fiscal year sales forecasts and territory development plans, which are in line with the Wellstream Processing strategic plan
· Conducting sales presentations and participating in joint sales calls with other company sales personnel to promote NOV products and to maintain good customer relations
· Recommending changes and improvements in products and services based on customers’ feedback and competitive developments
Within the scope of the job requirements, it will be required to adhere and comply with state and federal law, ISO Quality Program, Company policies and procedures, and Safety and Environmental Regulations


Qualifications


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
· BA or BS Degree in a technical field, operations, business or considerable prior transferable experience
· Minimum 3 to 5-year experience in outside sales with oil and gas processing related technologies and/or industries
Prior experience in consultative selling to end-users, engineering firms and contractors in the Oil and Gas, Pipeline, Petroleum or Process Industries
