  • Primary Responsibilities:

    Corporate Camps:

    • Weekly touch-base calls
    • Scheduling assistance
    • Escalated issue resolution and client support
    • Operational guidance and coaching
    • Business guidance and coaching
    • Responsible for rollout of various national programs
    • Conducts monthly inspections of stores
    • Coaches managers on increasing store profitability
    • Additional field visits where required
    • Assist with labor coverage at corporate locations as needed
    • Responsible for hiring managers and keeping locations staffed
    • Responsible for compliance to all CBW brand standards

    Essential Skills:

    The Regional Manager of Corporate Camps must be extremely organized, analytical, proactive, team player, detailed problem solver, and possess excellent communication skills.

    Additionally, the Regional Manager of Corporate Camps must have strong influencing skills, proven ability to overcome objections, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Regional Manager of Corporate Camps must possess excellent business and financial acumen. Technical expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet skills are a must. The RM must be flexible around hours available as well

    Time Management and project management skills are critical:_

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
    • Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
    • Experience with FranConnect or Customer Relationship Management software preferred

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors or Master’s Degree
    • Two or more years of relevant experience in direct operational capacity
    • Multi-unit leadership experience is preferred, but not required
    • Must be able to travel 60% of the time as this position oversees camps in multiple states
