Role description

Lead architect, preference for HR domain experience, data transformation experience.
  • Lead the end-to-end architecture design of enterprise applications using Java and related technologies.
  • Remain hands-on with coding, design reviews, and proof-of-concept development.
  • Implement data transformation and integration strategies across systems.
  • Design scalable APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Establish architecture standards, best practices, and design guidelines.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, and reliability are met.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and senior engineers.
  • Support cloud migration, modernization, and system integration initiatives.
  • Review and approve technical designs, frameworks, and technology choices.
