  • Manage SharePoint environments by providing site and content administration, user permissions, creating and maintaining sites, workspaces, lists, and libraries
  • Create and modify SharePoint forms
  • Develop and maintain complex workflows for routing of processes, such as approval and review
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures for applications
  • Work with Director of IT to maintain and ensure IT compliance with SOX audits if applicable
  • Configure, customize, maintain and develop software systems to meet identified business needs
  • Coordinate software maintenance, patches, and upgrades with users, systems administrators, and IT management
  • Represent the Americas team on global projects, as requested


  • Required: Four-year degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related area of discipline or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 Years' experience in Information Technology
  • SharePoint Online development and design experience
  • Experience with content management and implementing best practices
  • Cognos, BPC, Citrix and Sage experience a plus
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies to existing environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and listening communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Occasional travel to US and Mexico locations
  • Availability to be on call after hours.
