Lubrizol Life Science Health is currently hiring an Applications Engineer for our Medical Polymers R&D team. To be successful, the candidate must be highly self-motivated, results oriented, collaborative, and creative in finding solutions to difficult challenges. Our Medical Polymers business unit provides the medical device market with thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPUs) which are regarded for their biocompatibility, strength, and processing versatility. It will be the engineer’s responsibility to provide ongoing support of our portfolio of commercialized TPUs as well as enhance our understanding of the structure-processing-performance relationships in both existing and new TPUs. The job will be located at our Center of Excellence for Medical Polymers, featuring a new state-of-the-art applications lab, in Brecksville, Ohio.
