Position Summary: Respond to enquiries from the organization's sales force or customers about the technical aspects of the organization's products and services. Follow systems specifications and formalized representations of solutions (for example, flow charts, models) to configure systems that meet customer needs. Develop skills and knowledge of the organization's products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists distributors in selection, configuration and quotation of products.
  • Performs technical sales support and troubleshooting for distributors and end-users in support of Sales.
  • Conducts training internally and for distributors and other industry participants, such as engineers, consultants, and end-users.
  • Assists in marketing activities such as: creation of market literature, preparing for and supporting trade shows, industry events and Dover PSG product training and customer events.
  • Knowledge of products in detail including the operating principles and performance characteristics.
  • Proficient in company processes and policies pertaining to role.
  • Ability to professionally interacting with customers on technical topics
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree – Engineering
  • Experience and understanding of pump technology, hydraulics and fluid mechanics
