Job DescriptionBAE Systems is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to join a challenging, dynamic, and rewarding contract within the Intel Community. This position requires an active Security Clearance with Polygraph. There is no exception to the clearance requirement. The successful candidate will work well in team environments, but also be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact and communicate with personnel within the organization. The position requires prior experience supporting the development and maintenance of SharePoint sites on one of the myriad Intel Community database environments. The work will need to be performed on classified systems at a corporate site, where meetings and collaboration will also be undertaken. The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for managing requirements and responding to stakeholders inquiries and needs in a professional manner. This is a fast paced, challenging, and career-rewarding experience to support one of the most complex and high-profile programs within the IC.
Required Skills and Education- Three (3) years' experience managing and developing SharePoint sites.
- Ability to operate effectively within a Program Management Office environment, collaborating with BAE Systems partners.
- Experience navigating SharePoint as an expert, especially SharePoint Designer Office 365.
- Experience creating, coordinating, maintaining, and completing requirements; and producing reports and statistics.
- Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint infrastructure services to support information sharing through customer environments.
- Experience dDeveloping .net APIs and SharePoint Solutions.
- Experience analyzing and improving application and Web service performance.
- Experience migrating legacy applications and Web services to core and shared infrastructure services.
- Experience troubleshooting SharePoint problems and issues.
- Experience working with SQL Database; creating complex workflows; using Agile development processes and implementation; securing coding standards; and using configuration/change management systems.
- Desire to receive constructive feedback to improve oneself.
- Excellent oral and written communications.

- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code.
- Cloud design, implementation, and configuration.
- Security Development Operations (SecDevOps).
- Experience in report building, such as PowerBI and SSRS.
- Experience with one or more software languages (e.g. Java, C, C++, C#, Python, Perl, etc.).
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with corporate leaders, Customers, managers, peers, and candidates.
