Position Summary & Responsibilities
Lead projects in the Engineering-IT department, drive improvement for Engineering-IT processes. Ensure that all process designs and application usage is consistent with ITT’s common process model. Participate with process owners in the creation of systems development standards and ensures that standards are adhered to. Engineering and PDLM (Global Vault - Windchill) application administration and support. Plan and implement new builds and releases of Engineering applications such as Creo, Autodesk, and ANSYS in conjunction with Engineering Process Owners. Create, update and apply PTC university training for users.
Lead the design and implementation of the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) process to support the Engineering community. Develops and implements service level agreements and recommendation for improvements. Maintain up-to-date skills in business processes and applications and an awareness of new technologies and techniques. Provide consultation, instruction and coaching of unit and project resources relative to leveraging best practices and applications solutions as well as the use of new ITT business processes, systems, procedures and underlying technologies. Provide on-going support to the user community. Resolve issues pertaining to standard policies, procedures, process best practices and/or standard tools

BA, BS, Technical degree or equivalent
A+ Certification, MCP, and/or MCSE preferred
Minimum 5 years in IT
5+ years of experience in Engineering
