  • Minimum of ten years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or in a Application Support Management role.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in ERP or other enterprise applications platforms
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience leading and managing application teams or project teams

Job Summary

Reporting to the CIO will drive initiatives in designing, building and supporting enterprise resource planning platforms (HR/Payroll, Financial and Supply Chain) and enabling automation and integration in support advancing operational efficiency and excellence.

Responsibilities include: Coordinating and managing multiple, concurrent business application and collaboration related projects/programs driving towards improved clinical, business and research decision-making, and other priorities as established by the partnerships with business operations leadership and the governance function.

This individual must be able to work across both functional and technical groups, educate technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively manage expectations, facilitate negotiations and help establish department priorities.

The role is expected to drive project delivery within established timeframes, budget and scope while delivering business value and simultaneously planning for and managing future requirements. It is expected that the manager, will sell, evangelize and motivate business users and technical support teams / vendors to contribute time to the effort while reinforcing the role of the business application solutions delivery for the business.
