They are seeking an Application Support Analyst to work out of their operations in New York.
- Provide support to the equity and derivatives business unit
- Work closely with development and product management teams
- Contribute to and lead development projects
- Get involved into onboarding applications into the production environment
- Work with global teams on transformational projects
- Provide incident management, resolving escalations, internal bugs and production environment issues
- Lead investigations into recurrent issues
- Ongoing checks with onsite and offshore teams
- Oversee release management processes and protocols
- 6+ years?experience in an application support role in an enterprise setting
- Strong experience with incident resolution and ensuring quick turnaround
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows and UNIX environments, SQL data, Shell scripting
- Experience with smart order routers, networking, application configuration and working on applications using real-time market data
