Position Title: Application Development Manager (Multiple Positions)
Responsibilities: Application Development Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Seattle, WA): Develop, design, and maintain software products or systems to enable client strategies. Analyze, design, build, and test new components or enhancements to existing modules. Design and code applications to functional and technical programming standards. Develop system specifications and interfaces for complex components. Create operational documentation for applications. Maintain applications according to SLAs. Develop and implement testing plans. Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll-outs, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications. Analyze, design, build, and/or test new components or enhancements to existing modules. Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors that are implemented by the team. Work with the client to gather requirements and develop proofs of concept for newtechnologies/solutions and suggest business process improvisation to reduce complexity in custom application(s). Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Supervise a team of computerprogrammers to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications. Conduct project and issue management (statusreporting, issuereporting, ETC/budgetreporting) for assigned scope of work, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management. Interact with client orinternal senior management.
- Basic qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
•Of the requiredexperience, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following: All stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of SAP ERP using ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) environments - ECC, CRM, GTS, and BW; development in sales and distribution (including order management, sales, delivery and invoicing), logistic modules (including warehousing, manufacturing, purchase, service and production) and finance modules (including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, costing, and treasury); developing reports, interfaces, conversion objects, enhancements, forms and workflows using the ABAP programming language; preparing technical design, training and deployment documentation; and working with the client functional team, business process leads, end users, stakeholders and teammates.
•Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
