We're looking for an Application Development Advisor who will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals and be a team player. As an advisor, you'll be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on application development projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our applications are developed and deployed effectively to meet our business needs.

Qualification/Skills Requirements:
- Have 5+ years of experience in application development or a related field
- Be proficient in C#, T-SQL, APIs and Cloud technologies
- Have knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
- Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Collaborative and inclusive work environment

Will participate in the delivery team's daily standup meetings to coordinate production issues and get information on upcoming deliverables that may impact ongoing support.
- Maintains process and troubleshooting documentation to be utilized by both US-based and offshore resources.
- May be assigned to special projects that drive continuous improvement of services and production support processes.
Preferred Qualifications- Strong technical knowledge of relational databases and management systems
- A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience using Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and beyond. Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams, along with interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in a production support capacity.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 93,300 - 155,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
