Top Requirements:
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This is a brand new team, and thus the role will involve a lot of self learning. The group handles the monitoring of a multitude of applications. Over time, they've found that an auditing process is necessary because some applications are noisy when it comes to alerts. The group audits to ensure alerts are needed/accu***. This role will involve working with tier 3 support team to ensure all is in place as far as escalations. The candidate will perform investigations, monitoring, and communicate with tier 3 tech teams/principles to collabo*** to ensure the team has everything needed for that application. This is application-based monitoring, the candidate needs technical expertise outside of monitoring so they understand what they're setting up.
-Goal is for actionable alerts to come through in an effort for the team to be more proactive
