Position Overview:The Antibody Engineer will design and assist in the development of both traditional and next-generation biologics, including monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, T-cell engagers (TCEs), engineered cytokines, multifunctional antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) / degrader-antibody conjugates (DAC). This role involves extensive collaboration with CROs, oversight of experimental design, data interpretation, and guiding therapeutic candidates from conceptualization to preclinical validation.
Qualifications:- PhD or equivalent work experience in Biological Sciences, Protein Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Experience characterizing antibody-based biologics
- Strong record in managing CRO relationships and experimental design.
- Strong background in protein engineering, molecular biology techniques and/or structural biology
- Deep understanding of antibody biology, molecular engineering, and related technologies.
- Experience in antibody characterization methods (e.g., SPR, BLI, ELISA, flow cytometry).
- Ability to manage multiple external collaborations effectively.
