* Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering and 4-6 years of ANSYS structural analysis experience in the field or in a related area. Experience in one or more of the following areas required: Ball Screw design/analysis, ANSYS Motion/Rigid Body Dynamics, plastic analysis including fatigue analysis.
Applies knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as valves, actuators, starters, controls, etc. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Proficient with ANSYS Workbench or APDL - static and dynamic structural analysis Able to work independently to perform 3D FEA using standard procedures and guidelines Write & publish reports in clear concise English using standard report templates Able to handle multiple projects at the same time and prioritize accordingly
