•Serves as a project manager of the Performance Management & Development (PMD) program by providing input and support for best practices in the execution of each discrete PMD process.
•Plans and prepares systems to execute PMD process to complex organization structure that includes individual contributors, middle management, senior management and International Assignees with work locations anywhere in the globe.
•Plans and prepares communication and trainings for employees, HRBPs and all the stakeholders to executive PMD process smoothly.
•Act as a liaison between PMD and HRIS and work as a system expert by having an in depth understanding of current Workday talent module’s functionality and impact of future enhancements planned by Workday to Nissan.
•Manage accurate data timely and provide certain stakeholders to support the business discussion/process.
•Represents regional PMD in Global PMD settings in developing standardized templates, process and timelines.
•Collaborates with Nissan Global PMD team and Alliance/Renault teams in researching performance competencies, and in developing standardized processes.
•Analyses PMD program effectiveness against PMD goals and works with appropriate teams and management to optimize PMD program effectiveness.
•Conducts best practice analysis and implements enhancements needed to regional PMD philosophy.
•Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Mathematics, or IT/IS.
•Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience.
•Specific experience Requirements:
- Experience in project management managing projects that impact large groups of employees.
- Experience in controlling a large quantity of various data items
- Experience in executing critical processes in a cloud based systems shared by several regions globally.
- Highly experienced managing process to complex organization structure that includes individual contributors, middle management, senior management and International Assignees with work locations anywhere in the globe.
