Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for playing an integral role in the marketing of HonorHealth services to increase engagement and loyalty to our organization. Performs a variety of functions involving analysis, interpretation of financial outcomes, consumer behavior and other data to drive incremental growth and volume through direct marketing outreach. Manages all marketing automation, lead management and CRM activities to increase acquisition and retention of targeted consumers, and provides reports of outcomes to leadership including recommendations for continuous improvement. Supports the implementation of marketing plans through optimization of audience personas and distribution of marketing messages through appropriate digital channels. Conducts market research, data mining, and prepares marketing analytical reports.

  • Manages all aspects of our online marketing automation and customer relationship tools to define and implement digital marketing growth and engagement strategies that align with marketing and business objectives including all aspects from concept through execution, including the production of meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Develops custom marketing dashboard concepts for reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data. Analyzes online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution; performs ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns including ad-hoc analytics and conversion optimization.
  • Collaborates closely with the marketing team to identify and explore opportunities to cross-sell services and support new client acquisition and client retention and recommendations to enhance client reporting and performance measurement.
  • Seeks networking and professional collaboration opportunities to broaden knowledge base. Maintains open communication with vendors of assigned software applications. Maintains currency of health industry initiatives and required technical skills.
