Analytics Product Manager

The Wex Health Analytics portfolio is focused on providing deep insights from the rich data available in Wex Health Cloud to employers, administrators and consumers of our Consumer Directed Healthcare and Advanced Billing Solutions. As leader of our analytics solutions, your work will help consumers understand their benefits options, provide insights to employers to help them optimize their benefits offerings, and assist administrator partners in demonstrating their strategic value while and improving operational performance. The analytics product manager will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our analytics offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acts as the portfolio leader of the suite of solutions that support Consumers, Employers, and administrator partners in unlocking the insights of Wex Health Cloud
  • Responsible for definition, tracking, and leading execution of the analytics product strategy and roadmap
  • Defines and leads data research projects with enterprise data science team
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and partners to define and prioritize features, identify product enhancements and opportunities for expansion
  • Serves as key point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for the analytics strategy
  • Works closely with sales and partner account executives to drive product adoption among employers and administrator partners
  • Works closely with product marketing to develop marketing materials and strategies to promote the product
  • Works with pricing team and product leadership to establish and refine pricing strategy


  • Deep background in enterprise business intelligence, analytics technology, and machine learning
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in software product management, preferably in the employee benefits or financial services industries
  • Demonstrated success in managing existing analytics solutions and shipping new products
  • Experience managing technology products in analytics, consumer experience insights, and employee benefits management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – experience presenting via webinars, and in-person to large and small audiences
  • Ability to influence cross functional teams without formal authority
  • Technical background, with experience in shipping SaaS solutions
