Be an integral part of our company-wide continued goal of Making Health Care Better by partnering with stakeholders to solve complex-business problems with with available all available information.
Through collaborative partnerships with key business stakeholders, you will proactively solve business problems using the analytics lifecycle across domains. You will serve as a business consultant for high-profile data presentations and data analysis. In addition, you will perform data manipulation and data set preparation for business analysis and outcomes, and summarize data in a logical and understandable format. You will also collaborate with crossfunctional partners to drive successful data-enabled improvement recommendations from definition through completion, providing solutions and identifying risks.

a. Demonstrating strong business knowledge, identify complex business problems through discovery sessions and stakeholder interactions. Understand the project objectives and gather requirements to build a preliminary plan.
b. Research and gather appropriate data from various sources. Source, extract, assemble, collate, and consolidate data into reusable data assets using complex joins.
c. Profile and prepare data for analysis, including the creation of derived elements and macros for processing efficiencies.
d. Build, execute and automate models to analyze business outcomes, using tables, graphs, and charts, as well as algorithms, forecasts and trends.
e. Interpret results, identify key findings to quantify business value.
f. Develop narratives to summarize and convey findings to stakeholders. Make recommendations based on findings.
g. Be a go-to person for analysis while being adept at quickly assessing the needs of multiple business partners with, at times, ambiguous requirements.
h. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and support corporate process improvement initiatives, meeting aggressive timeframes.Participate in crossfunctional projects to optimally support the business.
i. Provide peer review and coaching within team and across other business areas.
j. Create, update, and maintain documentation and procedures for sourcing, analyzing, and preparing internal reporting and presentations. Ensure the highest quality and integrity of data sources.
