THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Quality Assurance Analyst, you will develop and execute manual test plans/cases based on supplied business requirements to ensure all objectives are met. The QA Analyst will create and refine documentation to ensure that features and functionality are well-documented, and all areas are tested before the product goes live.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

• Actively participate in test planning, creation, and execution phases, including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with other QA team members to implement/maintain manual testing best practices.
• Follows a detailed technical roadmap that aligns with our product vision across different business functions.
• Responsible for on-time delivery of tasks committed to including test case creation, test execution, and test results reporting.
• Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
• Document software defects using a bug-tracking system, and report defects to the team.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure clearly defined user stories, product definition, and acceptance criteria.
• Other duties as assigned, which may include helping others in the same or different departments, may be assigned by supervision.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• B.A./B.S. preferred in related field (Information Systems/Technology, Computer Systems/Science/Engineering)
• 1-3 years of experience in related field
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• The ability to be proactive, take ownership, and seek out opportunities.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $72,000 to $99,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
