Lincoln National Corporation, Omaha, NE, seeks an Analyst, Application Development to develop analytical tools, dashboards and reports for the creation of data platform for budgeting, forecasting and other analysis of the company's performance. Establish technical platforms that enable business and Data Governance to view data. Perform analysis of data from source systems and data platform to determine how data is used by source system and business users. Utilize Enterprise Architect modeling tool to create data models used by ETL application developers and Business Intelligence report writers. Develop and maintain data models and metadata for operational and analytical systems within the Enterprise using 3rd Normal Form, Dimensional Modeling and Enterprise Architect. Use SQL for data analysis in a data warehouse environment and detection of performance issues and provide recommendations for solutions. Create, review and execute development data library (DDL) in a development environment for new and revised database objects. Collaborate with IT development team to provide data design solutions. Develop and document ETL mappings, workflows and sessions using Informatica PowerCenter for integration. Analyze source systems and perform complex source data analysis to support ad-hoc and standing reporting development. Utilize Spark Enterprise Architect and Erwin to create and convert logical and physical models. Design and create data warehousing solutions from design to implementation. Use Star Schema for creation of dimensional data modeling. Design and develop data projects using Scrum agile methodology. Implement business intelligence solutions using Business Objects and Tableau.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline and 3 years of experience: (i) developing and maintaining data models and metadata for operational and analytical systems using 3rd Normal Form, Dimensional Modeling and Enterprise Architect; (ii) utilizing Spark Enterprise Architect and Erwin to create and convert logical and physical models; (iii) designing and creating data warehousing solutions using SQL from design to implementation; and (iv) using Star Schema for creation of dimensional data modeling.
