The role


The Sales Operations team at Delphix is seeking an America Sales Operations Lead to support our growing Sales teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn about business operations and see a pre-IPO company scale. This position will be based out of Delphix's Redwood City office .

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Sales Operations Relationship with the VP of Sales America'sAssist and administrator salesforce.com
  • Assist and serve as administrator of Salesforce.com
  • Ensure data integrity in Salesforce.com and other sales tools
  • Review order forms against closed checklist and make sure the order meets Rev Rec requirements
  • Review bookings submitted in Salesforce.com by sales teams
  • Maintain and update price book for different regions, including update FX rates and products update
  • Handle procurement process with purchases from distribution, such as vendor setup
  • General administration: Assist with projects for Sales operations, including system implementation
  • Implementation of ad-hoc process/system projects
  • Process documentation write-ups
  • Sales KPI metrics reporting
  • Act as liaison between Sales, Finance, and Product to drive cross-functional projects

Qualifications

  • Background in Enterprise Software (preferred)
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Experience using Steelbrick CPQ
  • Experience with licensing/entitlement management
  • Comfortable in a start-up environment
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong business knowledge of various functional areas such as Sales, Operations, Finance and IT
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple on-going projects.
  • Self-motivated with a strong team-oriented attitude
  • A self-starter who can execute in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Information Technology or Finance
  • Order Management Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations
  • 5+ years of Software industry experience desired
