General Summary: • Troubleshoot and track Incidents and Requests for EHR Application Support, content and configuration changes at a high degree of accuracy • Ensure timely resolution of Incidents and Requests meeting or exceeding existing Service Level Agreements • Design, Build and Test all configuration and changes to prepare clinics for Go-live • Lead Projects managing deliverables, communications, presentations and escalating risks accordinglyQualifications
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Troubleshoot and track Incidents and Requests for EHR Application Support, content and configuration changes at a high degree of accuracy • Ensure timely resolution of Incidents and Requests meeting or exceeding existing Swervice Level Agreements • Design, Build and Test all configuration and changes to prepare clinics for Go-live • Lead Projects managing deliverables, communications, presentations and escalating risks accordingly • Following standard procedures for vetting tablespace and specialty-specific content changes and follow best practices set by National standards and/or specialty governance committees. • Adhering to schedule of regular monitoring and maintenance of existing content and configuration, identify opportunities for table clean-up and optimization • Generating and tracking cases via EHR application ticketing system for help with issues • Reviewing list of global content available in Athena Clinicals (updated monthly via Athena release process). • Publish, review and maintain documentation for internal processes and design changes • Communicate and Report on detailed areas to multiple levels of leadership and practices • Provide Mentorship or training to others as the primary SME for application(s) What you will need: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: • 5+ years of demonstrated success in equivalent role • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills • Excellent written communication • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail • Superior QA/editing skills and willingness to do peer-review with colleagues, ensuring high degree of clinical and grammatic accuracy • Demonstrated ability to prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures, keeping in mind company standardization for content and required approval processes • Desire and commitment to delight internal customers and patients

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED: • Strong working knowledge of EHR Systems such as athenahealth or Cerner Millennium

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Associate degree in Informatics, Technology, clinical, or related field OR • 5-10 years of experience supporting in a clinical setting

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: • Bachelor’s degree Informatics, Technology, Clinical, or related field
