JOB DUTIES:
Develops and monitors key performance measures to demonstrate value based care for affiliate locations and off site care centers.
Creates replicable, consistent policy and procedure development.
Analyzes market data and makes suggestions based on data, community need and strategic plan.
Leads the onboarding of new business opportunities within the region
Acts as liaison with affiliate relationships, strengthens partnerships and assures value is evident in data, dashboards and general knowledge.
Effective communicator, polished presenter.

EXPERIENCE:
5-7 years experience as a healthcare leader in the position of Manager or above
3 years experience in medical practice management is preferred


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


EDUCATION:
Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management or Business.
