Responsibilities

The AlphaTrust Sales Director will focus on selling iPipeline’s newly acquired e-signature products to non-insurance companies across the US and Canada.  The role is dedicated to managing and upselling the existing 58 AlphaTrust customers as well as targeting and selling to new non-insurance companies. The position calls for a consultative solution orientated sales person who can establish and manage executive relationships, expand within existing accounts and land new accounts, understand our e-signature solution offerings and be able to relate this clearly to existing and prospective non-insurance customers in alignment with their company goals, objectives, key initiatives and priorities. This person will sit in our Corporate Exton office and work closely with our AlphaTrust product management team.

The Alpha Trust Sales Director is expected to:

  • Build pipeline in the existing 58 AlphaTrust accounts and in new non-insurance accounts
  • Exceed sales quota quarterly and annually
  • Cold call and prospect into both existing AlphaTrust and new non-insurance accounts
  • Develop and manage executive relationships
  • Present and demonstrate to customers and prospects
  • Develop and own the Account Strategy approach and plan, collaborating with the President
  • Manage small and large opportunities from start to finish
  • Employ a consultative Sales Approach
  • Respond to RFPs and other customer requests
  • Work with 3rd parties and partners as needed
  • Sell past “No”
  • Manage a defined North American (US & Canada) non-insurance company territory with a progressive sales approach
  • Manage accounts, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Accurately forecast your pipeline of opportunities
  • Act as a leader within the company

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Must have 15+ years of strong consultative software sales experience with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Experience in preparing, presenting and demonstrating to an executive audience
  • Knowledge of the eSignature industry is a plus, not required
  • Demonstrated success closing large, complex sales cycles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Organizing and managing customer expectations and deliverables
