The Company is seeking a hands-on Alliance Partners Manager to manage and develop key partnerships within our global payout network.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive expansion and optimization of the payout network by evaluating capabilities and managing ongoing success of new partnerships among banks and payment service providers.
  • Work closely with Product, Payment Operations, Compliance, and Sales to build a pipeline of countries and payment types to enable based on business requirements, customer demand, and market knowledge.
  • Become a knowledge expert for your territory, understanding the local payments landscape, regulatory environment, currency restrictions, and user experience.
  • Identify new partners, coordinate cross functional due diligence, manage onboarding and integration, and negotiate contractual business and commercial terms.
  • Build processes and procedures with fellow team members as well as Payment Operations and Customer Support to track and escalate issues that affect payment processing and error resolution.
  • Coordinate with our partners on regular business reviews, identifying new business opportunities and process improvements.
  • Understand the competitive landscape to maximize the value of our payout network

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA desired but not required
  • 5+ years' experience in business development, strategy consulting, or product management
  • Payments or commercial banking industry experience strongly preferred
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently and analyze complex business problems
  • Strong aptitude to learn new concepts and complex technologies
  • Highly organized with a strong sense for ownership and accountability
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
