Functions/Duties of PositionThe Alliance Manager is responsible for managing Knight Cancer Institute industry alliances as well as working to establish new ones. The Alliance Manager will understand the Knight's collaborative projects to a degree that he or she can serve as a proxy for faculty in engaging our partners and can provide detailed reporting back to faculty. The position will be responsible for understanding the scientific, technical and operational viewpoints of diverse stakeholders both within the Knight and at our external partners, to guide resourcing of collaborative projects, to address issues that arise with our partner relationships, and to appropriately foresee and escalate issues when necessary.
