Aircall is looking for outstanding Alliance Managers to develop and nurture relationships at Aircall's most strategic integrations partners. You will be in charge of promoting Aircall to our partners' team as well as leveraging Aircall own internal resources to grow this acquisition channel. Your main goal will be to increase pipeline and revenue from these key partnerships.

We are looking for a talented professional with strong BD experience with strategic client/partner who is seeking a startup experience and is eager for professional development. You must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and interacting with senior-level partner prospects.

Responsibilities & expectations:

  • Drive engagement, pipeline and ultimately revenue through Aircall's partnerships
  • Build and cultivate lasting, meaningful relationships with our partner's AEs, SEs and leadership to increase awareness of the Aircall integration
  • Engage other prospective platform partners, and explore and define strategy and opportunities
  • Structure, negotiate and execute deals with prospective platform partners
  • Understand our vision, solution offer, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy and effectively communicate these to partner constituents
  • Collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to identify high value opportunities and create partner enablement content and infrastructure
  • Prepare tailored presentation materials and conduct presentations/demos to accelerate partner acquisition and retention


  • BA/BS degree
  • 1-3 years working in SaaS/technology business development and/or Enterprise sales;
  • Proven results in strategic partnerships, including negotiating agreements, navigating complex organizations, onboarding partners, and managing/optimizing ongoing relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized self-starter who runs toward opportunities
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Committed, ambitious, team player to the max, wearer of all hats, humble beyond belief, magician
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%)
  • Sense of will be tested in your interviews
