The contractor shall conduct All Source intelligence research & analysis, synthesize large quantities of complex data, and author intelligence products that conform to Director of National Intelligence (DNI), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and USSTRATCOM standards for tradecraft and format. Contractor shall coordinate and collaborate with analysts from across the IC as required. Intelligence products will be delivered by deadlines, which occasionally may be very short at times, as determined by the government. The contractor shall collaborate and coordinate with analysts across the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) to develop collection and production requirements that address USSTRATCOM needs and provide evaluation/feedback of serialized IC reporting to inform collectors of the value of the information. The contractor shall provide inputs to government administrative products including production reports & statistics, trend data, maintaining web-based sites and portals, maintaining mission databases and analytical visualization tools (e.g. Excel), weekly activity reports, etc. The contractor shall build and maintain continuity books, standard operating procedures (SOP), spreadsheets and visualization charts, such as Analyst Notebook, to ensure all research and background knowledge is captured and documented. Continuity books will record and document research, search queries, and intelligence analysis techniques and will include area of responsibility points of contact. The contractor shall maintain situational awareness of adversary cyberspace threats and provide indications and warning of cyberspace related threats to USSTRATCOM networks, critical infrastructure USSTRATCOM depends on to conduct operations, or indications of strategic attack targeting the United States and our allies as defined in Command Warning Problems. Contractor will review Warning Problems and update indicators, normalcy statements, and other parts of the problems as required.
