You will analyze and define algorithm requirements in order to ensure a design approach that meets the overall system requirements.
This includes collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure a robust design and sound methodology.
In addition, detailed design trade studies and analyses will be conducted and results captured and documented./
You must have extensive experience developing and integrating multi-target tracking and discrimination algorithms, including optimal estimation techniques for passive ranging and sensor fusion.
This individual must have experience conducting detailed analyses and trade studies and possess effective communication skills. In addition, experience using MATLAB and C/C++ is required.
You must have experience with feedback control system design and analysis and knowledge of basic aerodynamic principles.
Strong math skills are required in the areas of linear algebra, matrix math, statistics, and trigonometry and coordinate transformation.
The candidate must have experience with state estimation filters such as KALMAN, Extended KALMAN filter (EKF) and multiple model adaptive estimation.
Experience in terrestrial navigation and navigation state error estimation is also required. Must be experienced in MATLAB and C/C++ programming.
You must have a secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years to be considered for this opportunity.
Experience with multi-sensor data fusion is a plus.
