About This Role: 

Au sein de notre Business Unit à Toronto nous recherchons un Aircraft Manager (OSW) expérimenté pour accompagner l’un de nos clients, leader du secteur aéronautique.

 

Intégré au coeur de l’équipe projet, et véritable « co-pilote » du Chef de Projet, vous évoluez sur une FAL en phase de développement et coordonnez les activités restantes pour un avion depuis l’entrée en FAL jusqu’à la livraison.

 

Dans ce cadre vos missions seront :

L’élaboration du planning industriel, des reportings et des indicateurs de performance (KPI, dashboards) pour les équipes de production

Le suivi de l’avancement physique des travaux restants (OSW) et le plan de charge associé

L’animation des réunions de suivi, de coordination dans un contexte international

L’identification des écarts et proposition de plans d’actions correctifs (capacité d’analyse)

We are looking for a Senior Aircraft Manager, based in our Business Unit in Toronto, to support one of our customers, leader in the aeronautic industry.

 

Working as a Project Management Consultant, you will be part of a project team based on client site who is responsible for achieving successful project delivery in a complex manufacturing environment.

 

In this context, teams are involved in the full range of project activities including:

Developing industrial planning, reporting and performance (KPIs) for the production teams

Ensuring the follow-up of the remaining work (OSW)

Identifying gaps and measures of improvement propositions in order to meet deadlines

Implementation of project performance indicators

Conducting meetings with teams in an international context

Engineer graduate, you have a minimum PMO consultancy experience of 3 in the aeronautic industry.

Great communicator, you have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and lead meetings.

Dynamic, you are a good team member and you know how to manage priorities and respect deadlines.

Business fluency in English and French, you are able to lead international projects.

You master the use of MS Project and Microsoft Office.

PMP certification is a strong plus.
