The candidate would be aQuality Inspector for our CFR part 145 repair station. Otherresponsibilities include: Interpret and ensure compliance with Maintenance Manuals, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and Engineering DrawingsUtilize Microsoft office suite of programs Screen repair stationinspection formsReview maintenance tasks ensuring proper tooling, equipment, parts and procedures are usedPerform receivinginspection on all incoming partsEnsure calibrated equipment is used and trackedPerformaudits of same equipmentEnsure technical data subscriptions are currentPosition requires some Domestic and InternationaltravelExperimental Flight Test Experience soughtYOU MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Certificated Mechanic with Airframe and Power Plant ratings
  • Current Inspection Authorization (A&P with an IA)
  • 5 years’ interface with FAA office of oversight with no history of violations or revocations
  • 5 years’ experienceworking with 14 CFR Parts 43, 65, 91 and 145
  • 5 years’ hands on experienceworking withinspection equipment, processes, techniques or aids


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Diverse aircraft experience which includes Transport Category aircraft such as Boeing 757 or Embraer 170 aircraft and general aviation aircraft such as Cessna, Beechcraft and Piper
  • Basic familiarity with 14 CFR Parts 21 & 25 related to certifications
