C4ISR is looking for a proven and experienced technical leader to serve as the System Integration, Verification, Validation, and Certification (IVV&C) lead for the >$1B AIR6500 Joint Air Battle Management System (JABMS) program. This position will be a 2 year EXPAT position based in Adelaide, Australia. The IVV&C lead will lead and be responsible for the overall AIR6500 System Integration, Verification, Validation, and Certification requirements.
This position is contingent on AIR6500 contract award to be announced in Aug-2023.
The AIR6500 IVV&C Lead will be responsible for the following:
• Act as the single POC/Lead for System Integration, Verification, Validation, and Certification (IVV&C) activities on the AIR6500 program
• Leads the overall planning, execution, and meeting the AIR6500 System Integration, Verification, Validation, and Certification (IVV&C) requirements. This includes the System IVV&C of hardware and software delivered from IPTs and suppliers
• Establishing and defining the System and Functional Integration Plans for AIR6500
• Establishing and defining the System and Functional Verification, Validation, and Certification Plans for the program
• Generate detailed integration, verification, validation, and certification plans and schedules that are integrated into the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Ensure that the program’s IVV&C processes/procedures and other required process assets are defined (in compliance with RMS policies, processes, and procedures, and contract requirements) and followed.
• Address staffing, resource, and infrastructure needs for IVV&C; ensure that the IVV&C discipline is represented as appropriate on IPTs.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure implementation of IVV&C Plans and related procedures; establish and track IVV&C metrics; develop IVV&C reports.
• Be responsible for IVV&C cost, schedule and technical performance; provide an integrated Integration and Verification (I&V) solution to the program.
• Ensure appropriate verification methods are identified for all system requirements; ensure all program requirements are verified and tracked.
• Ensure hardware and software configuration items meet IVV&C entrance criteria to System I&V.
• Identify and manage acquisition/development of IVV&C tools, facilities and equipment.
• Participate in Risk and Opportunity management.
• Report status and issues for IVV&C activities to the PIT/SEIT
Basic Qualifications:
• Previous experience leading team in executing and meeting large system integration, verification, validation, and certification requirements
• Previous experience with leading and managing large international development program (>$500M)
• Previous C4ISR and IWSS domain knowledge & experience especially in the area of Command & Control, Air Battle Management, Weapon/Combat System, and Air & Missile Defense Systems
• Demonstrated ability to provide clear guidance and direction to team and prioritizing competing requirements.
• Prior experience with application and implementation of Digital Transformation processes and tools
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to communicate well with peers and different levels of leadership, including executive leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally
• Demonstrated experience in motivating, inspiring, and teaching others to accomplish program objectives
Desired Skills:
• Experience with both cost plus and fixed priced contracts
• Previous experience as a technical and functional leader
Security Clearance Statement:This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
