WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- The AI Solutions Architect will play a critical role in driving the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions that support enterprise-wide initiatives.
- This individual will lead key functional areas within AI programs while also acting as an individual contributor on high-visibility projects.
- Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that align with business objectives
- Design machine learning pipelines and integrate AI capabilities into digital platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions in areas such as NLP, predictive analytics, and generative AI
- Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical, security, and regulatory standards
- Create documentation for models, workflows, and testing outcomes
- Communicate project status, risks, and timelines with stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and technologies
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or related fields
- Proven experience leading at least two full life cycle AI/ML solution deployments
- Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise AI solution delivery
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks
- Experience with NLP, LLMs, and generative AI preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
