The Bond & Specialty Insurance IT organization seeks a talented Software Developer to join our Claim Agile Release Train. You will work on a Feature Team following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and will be responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance, testing and support of Bond Claim applications. As a member of a Feature Team, you will work collaboratively under general supervision to perform programming, configuring, and/or analysis of Claim applications. You will have the autonomy to experiment in the spirit of Agile and Lean – do what works, try new things, and stop doing what doesn’t work. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
High School diploma or equivalent required. 3 years of programming/development experiencerequired.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. 5 years of programming/development experiencepreferred.
