Job Description

As an Agile Dev Ops Coach you will be leader and practitioner in the Agile & DevOps competency in IT, with the role of guiding the adoption of agile practices within IT through education, governance, coaching and IT strategy alignment.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Developing and deliver coaching, training and job aides that enable best practices to improve the efficiency and productivity for IT DevOps teams.
  • Provide organization architecture consulting, management training and leadership mentoring to help transform large organizations and large programs.
  • Identify and mentor new internal coaches to lead from the inside.
  • Influence the Agile and DevOps community at Intel throughout the technical, business and management chain with good communications skills.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business or any other related area.
  • 5+ years leading teams in Agile methods with documented results.
  • One or more professional certifications in Scaled Agile Framework practices (SA, SPC, RTE)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, negotiating and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven with strong sense of ownership.
  • Proven ability to work cross-sites, across time zones and with different cultures.
  • Proven ability to drive decision-making across multiple levels of management up to senior level GM,VP.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze and understand business processes and system functionality to design improved, actionable business solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiating and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven with strong sense of ownership.
