  • Develop and, working with agencies, market managers, and channel owners, execute multi-channel brand marketing campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs

  • Executes go to market strategy via product launches and end to end marketing campaigns 

  • Lead creative development against campaign goals (liaise between creative group and rest of company); Pitch management where applicable

  • BriefsAgency Managers on campaign progress, obstacles and pod results

  • Meet regularly with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction of deliverables, projects, and identify new campaign needs

  • Deep & broad creative execution & customer situation knowledge

  • Gain stakeholder approvals and feedback for creative iteration

  • Measure and optimize against campaign metrics

  • Adhere to strong brand, budget, resource, and business goal controls to ensure marketing work is aligned with business goals and brand strategy

  • Ensure work is within scope across agencies and manage SLAs


  • Experience with agency management and international marketing is required.

  • BS/BA degree in marketing, communications or business and 5 years of marketing experience.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills. Emerging ability to understand key business drivers and strategy.

  • Excellent communicator, proactively shares key project and business result information with stakeholders, managers and Sr. leadership.

  • Self-motivated. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to prioritize varying demands, set deadlines, and multitask as needed.
