Develop and, working with agencies, market managers, and channel owners, execute multi-channel brand marketing campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs
Executes go to market strategy via product launches and end to end marketing campaigns
Lead creative development against campaign goals (liaise between creative group and rest of company); Pitch management where applicable

Meet regularly with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction of deliverables, projects, and identify new campaign needs
Deep & broad creative execution & customer situation knowledge
Gain stakeholder approvals and feedback for creative iteration
Measure and optimize against campaign metrics
Adhere to strong brand, budget, resource, and business goal controls to ensure marketing work is aligned with business goals and brand strategy
Ensure work is within scope across agencies and manage SLAs
Experience with agency management and international marketing is required.
BS/BA degree in marketing, communications or business and 5 years of marketing experience.
Demonstrated analytical skills. Emerging ability to understand key business drivers and strategy.
Excellent communicator, proactively shares key project and business result information with stakeholders, managers and Sr. leadership.
Self-motivated. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritize varying demands, set deadlines, and multitask as needed.
Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Skills to work in a collaborative environment with strong personalities and extremely high expectations for performance.
