Metro Media, the world’s largest and fastest growing media in Boston, is looking to hire a money hungry self-starter with a few years advertising salesexperience to advantageously target active and prospective businesses to advertise in Metro’s digital and print products. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prospect, develop strong relationships and close business. Metro's entrepreneurial mindset leverages the creativity of our sales team in the development of advertising products that meet ever-evolving advertising needs of marketers. In addition to its award-winning print product, Metro boasts an advanced digital platform – both proprietary and programmatic. MetroMedia has developed and expanded its products to target consumers wherever they are online. We have one of the fastest loading websites publishing fresh original content that our clients crave throughout the day .




  • 2 to 3+ years sales or comparable experience in advertising or media industry
  • Inside and outside salesexperience
  • A warm and welcoming personality that encourages relationship building
  • Professional creative problem-solving attitude and strong presentation skills
  • Proven track record of closing new business and maintaining current business
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented, tremendously motivated and able to work independently
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred
