Located in Howard County, Maryland, Nteligen designs and develops secure information sharing platforms that are used to mitigate and eliminate zero-day attacks and to prevent data spillage in both high security Government communication and corporate enterprise environments.
The responsibility of the Advanced Engineer includes software development, documentation development, component test development, component test execution, system test derivation, system test, and other general software development tasks. The qualifications for Advanced Engineer include knowledge of engineering principles to include research and engineering assignments, experience in the generation of artifacts that support the full development life-cycle, a minimum of 2 years' experience as a software development team member, and a degree in engineering or scientific discipline. The Advanced Engineer for this effort will have experience in developing software for cross domain solutions that are deployed on a security enhanced operating platform.
Requirements: BS degree in engineering or scientific discipline (4 years of professional experience may be substituted for a BS degree) and 5 to 8 years of professional experience.
Preferred (but not required):
BS degree in engineering, scientific, or systems management (4 years of experience may be substituted for a BS degree) and 4 years of experience.
