**POSITION CAN BE LOCATED EITHER IN THE CHICAGO, IL. OFFICE, OR THE RICHARDSON, TX. OFFICE**
This position is responsible for providing clinical input for research design and methodology, statistical analysis, epidemiology, and pharmacoeconomic and health outcomes research. Key accountabilities will include developing content such as posters, journal articles, white papers and trade group statements using clinical expertise and writing skills. Collaborates with experts in the industry to draft and review manuscripts for publications in major pharmacy and business journals. Will also work to develop requirements in partnership with data analytics teams to extract and review key data sets related to multiple disease states and/or medications and their corresponding impact on clinical and economic outcomes. In addition, this role will review and evaluate the impact of PBM and pharmacy related health plan services providing feedback on the design and performance of these programs. In addition, it will assist with mentoring, developing, and training pharmacy residents and pharmacy students.
Required Job Qualifications:
* PharmD degree
* Completed at least one year of pharmacy residency (managed care residency preferred)
* Board certification in pharmacotherapy (or specific subspecialty) or completion within 6 months
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Managed care residency or specialty practice residency
* Established as an author/co-author of at least one peer reviewed publication
* Advance degree
