Our client located in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area is going to be implementing ADP's Workforce Now (WFN) as their core HR system of record and payroll platform in the U.S. and has an immediate need for Compensation & Benefits Analyst.

Skills and Experience: 

  • Strong communication skills, organization and flexibility are critical in performing duties which include, but are not limited to:Assist ADP during implementation as required
  • Understands new contracts and plans and can manage conversations with vendors
  • Collaborate with business leaders, Recruiting, HR Talent Partners, Legal, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver outstanding team member experiences for domestic, international and cross-border relocations and assignments.
  • Design and prepare all documentation around compensation and benefits for the incoming Director of Compensation/Benefits
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs:
  • Base pay programs including annual merit review process and on-going promotions
  • Bonus programs
  • Non-qualified deferred compensation and retirement benefit plans
  • Establish and maintain salary range structures and ensure they align with the Company's pay philosophy and are balanced with external market competitiveness and internal equity alignment
  • Provide compensation consultation and training to Business Leaders, HR Business Partners and the Recruiting team as needed/required
  • Maintain standards, processes and policies to ensure prorgrams are consistent, practical and compliant
  • Assist in administration of executive compensation and benefits programs
  • Assist in the preparation of Compensation Committee meeting review materials
  • Administer the benchmarking process to ensure market competitiveness
  • Review FLSA position status and ensures proper classification
  • Assist with the development and reporting of HR metrics
  • Develop compensation summaries and total rewards statements
  • Requirements:Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Thorough knowledge of compensation and benefit plan designs including all pertinent federal and state regulations
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, communication and organizational skills
  • Shown customer service focus
  • Excellent planning and prioritization, problem solving, and business partnering skills
  • Ability to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive working relationships with people at all levels of an organization, both inside and outside the company
  • Ability to influence and successfully implement organizational changes

  • Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in related field (Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, etc.), or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3-5years dynamic compensation, benefits and/or financial analysisexperience
  • Experience in compensation design and administration, including base pay and incentive programs
  • Experienceworking with ADP HR systems 
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
