The Adobe Analytics Implementation Lead will be working as a liaison and will develop, manage, review and publish to tag management solutions. This resource will be the technical leader to analyze, optimize, troubleshoot, administer and communicate between varying tagging solutions, 3rd party tags/pixels and corporate initiatives. The Adobe Analytics Implementation Lead will work closely with the Ad Tech and Analytics teams to define and execute the campaign strategy: configuring scripts and tags on multiple company properties while ensuring site performance is not compromised.  


  • Develop, review and publish tagging plans via Adobe tag management solutions (DTM)
  • Manage implementation of corporate tagging strategy and 3rd party tagging requests
  • Analyze performance impact, dependencies and pre-requisites of tagging implementations on OEM, regional, dealer websites and related properties
  • Understand the problem and expected outcome prior to implementations
  • Estimate effort of configuration, development and quality testing
  • Ensure consistent and common processes are followed by the involve teams
  • Coordinate communication between the technical, analytical and business staff
  • Work with analytics team to define, implement and analyze tagging strategy and results
  • Participate in weekly status meetings as necessary
  • Adhere to the company's compliance program
  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices 
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4years of multi-disciplined IT experience with deep technical understanding
  • Minimum of 2years of tag management administration experience
  • Minimum of 2years of digital analytics experience
  • Demonstrated management, leadership, interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience including presentations to leadership, peer groups, and associates
  • Proven ability to effectively analyze large implementation strategies
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of systems and application technologies and architecture
  • Appropriate training and certifications of Google and Adobe products
  • Experience with online marketing and advertising strategies in the automotive industry
  • Must be an energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image
  • Must be a well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player
  • Must be a an intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment and relevant experience with e-commerce and digitalbusiness models
  • Strong knowledge of organization policies and procedures
  • Must be able and willing to participate as individual contributor where situation requires  
  • Must have ability to work the time necessary to complete projects and/or meet deadlines
  • Must be detailed-orientated
  • Must have experience with Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Google Tag Manager and Ensighten
  • Must have experience with Adobe tools; Experience Manager, Campaign, Target, Audience Manager, Analytics
  • Must possess debugging knowledge using tools like Charles, Firebug Google Chrome Dev Tools
