Administrative / Legal Secretary
Excellent, immediate opportunity for experienced administrative assistant / legal secretary to support Director of Contracts, Compliance and Communications. Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, files, materials for newsletters and related communications and correspondence.

? Minimum 5years? administrative assistant, legal secretary or related experience.
? Bachelor?s degree in English, Communications or equivalent work experience; Paralegal certificate a plus.
? Outstanding grammar, spelling and punctuation a must.
? Strict attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
? Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
? Ability to take and transcribe accurate meeting minutes.
? Clear, articulate verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
? Accurate typing skills of 45 wpm.
? Experienceworking with confidential information with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
? Strong analytical skills.
? Excellent attendance with the ability to work overtime as needed.
